The start of this Race was delayed due to SMILEY KYLIE (Race 6) being treated on course, INN A MINUTE and ARIANOS SHADOW becoming restless in the stalls, being unloaded, examined by the Veterinary Surgeon and withdrawn. In view of the betting on both these runners, the Race was re-scheduled as stated above. INN A MINUTE was restless in the stalls and reared, causing ARIANOS SHADOW to become restless and injure itself in the stalls. Both horses were withdrawn. ON THE DOUBLE lost one length. LA BELLA raced clear of the field, whilst over-racing in the early and middle stages and compounded in the straight. Thereafter, Jockey Juglall reported that he felt something amiss with this filly. In view of the performance of VOMANDLA the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this filly. Assistant Trainer Forster will be requested to report back on the condition of this filly on return to the stables. ON THE DOUBLE was hanging in from the 400m. In view of the Starter's report with regard to INN A MINUTE, this filly's starting stall certificate is withdrawn and it was suspended for a period of 7 days and until such time as it proves tractable with a companion. INN A MINUTE may not be presented for re-passing during this period. OOH LA LA was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Vet: LA BELLA - not striding out right fore. VOMANDLA - nothing obvious detected. Scratched: LIQUID IRISH - cast in box. INN A MINUTE - injured in the stalls and was withdrawn by the Veterinary Surgeon. ARIANOS SHADOW - injured in the stalls and was withdrawn by the Veterinary Surgeon.
