DURING THE LOADING PROCESS, JOCKEY J R SYSTER WAS DISLODGED FROM TRUSTFALL, WHICH BECAME RESTLESS BREAKING THROUGH THE FRONT GATES AND BOLTING THE COURSE. TRUSTFALL WAS TAKEN IN HAND, EXAMINED BY THE COURSE VETERINARY SURGEON AND SUBSEQUENTLY SCRATCHED. THIS CAUSED A DELAY TO THE START OF THIS RACE. THE STARTER REPORTED: a) During the loading process, TRUSTFALL broke through the front gates, dislodged Jockey J R Syster and bolted the course. The starting stall certificate for this filly has been withdrawn. Trainer D Swanson was advised (WD). THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: a) In view of the Starter's report with regard to TRUSTFALL, this filly's starting stall certificate has been withdrawn and she is suspended indefinitely in terms of Rule 61.6.10 until such time as she proves tractable loading and jumping on terms with a companion on two (2) consecutive Racedays. TRUSTFALL may not be presented for re-passing during the next seven days. Trainer D Swanson was advised. b) WHEN EVENEING COMES (K A Brewer), the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Trainer T Mason advised (AH). JOCKEY CHANGES: None.
