THE STARTER REPORTED: a) Fair start. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: a) Due to a technical issue with the front scale, Jockey's R Fourie (LEGAL COUNSEL) and JP van der Merwe (LA PULGA) were weighed in manually. This was brought to the attention of the Racing Operator. b) At the 50m FIBONACCI (G Wright), which had to ease off the heels of LIGHTNING GLOW (C Zackey), rolled in and made contact with HAT'S PRIDE (C Little), which in turn made slight contact with PREVALENCE (C Bantam). c) LEGAL COUNSEL, the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis.
