In terms of Rule 49.7, a veterinary certificate for EUROSTORM must be submitted to the Veterinary Department of the NHRA, before it can be entered for a race. Such certificate should outline the veterinarian's clinical findings, treatment administered and confirmation that the horse has been examined before and after a racing gallop and is fit to race.
