THE STARTER REPORTED: a) Fair start. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: a) DECREE (M van Rensburg) proved difficult proceeding to the start and had to be led, riderless, by a Handler, causing a delay. In terms of Rule 93.2.4, DECREE is suspended indefinitely until he proves tractable to proceed to the start, with a companion, on a race day. Trainer WGC Miller was advised. b) DECREE (M van Rensburg) jumped out and made contact with ROTOTO (C Little) shortly after the start c) SWISS WALT (*N Nastili) and ANOTHERDAYINAFRICA (Y Ramzan) over raced in the early and middle stages. d) KING RAHUL (X Ndlovu) was hanging out from the 350m and shifted out away from the crop from approximately the 200m. e) SHARAPOVA (R Fourie) was hanging out from the 250m. f) DECREE (M van Rensburg) returned suffering from a bilateral epistaxis due to an exercise induced pulmonary haemorrhage and is suspended, for a period of 60 days, from racing in any race under the jurisdiction of The National Horseracing Authority of Southern Africa in terms of Rule 93.1.
