THE STARTER REPORTED: a) SPEED RACER (G Lerena) stood awkwardly in the stalls and was slow into stride. b) ANUSHKA'S WORLD (*N Nastili) jumped inwards. c) FOREST SPY (Y Ramzan) and ROMANCE IN ROME (D Schwarz) were slow into stride. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: a) ANUSHKA'S WORLD (*N Nastili) raced wide without cover on the bend. Thereafter, Apprentice N Nastili reported that he felt something amiss with this gelding. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine. Trainer K Mitchley was advised to report back should she find anything amiss with this gelding on his return to the stables. b) PLAY ACT (C Habib) shifted both ways away from the crop from the 300m. c) Jockey Y Ramzan (FOREST SPY) dropped his crop at the 50m. d) CLIFF TOP, the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis.
