THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED : a) FUTURE SWING (R Fourie) over-raced in the early stages. b) In view of the performance of BARATHEON (A Fortune) which tired rapidly from the 300m and was not persevered with, the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine. c) In view of the performance of I AM CLASSY (M Thackeray) which trailed the field throughout, the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine. d) In view of the Veterinary Surgeon's report regarding BARATHEON and I AM CLASSY, these geldings are suspended in terms of Rule 49.7 and a Veterinary Certificate is required prior to racing.
