THE STARTER REPORTED:
a) STONE OF SCONE (G Lerena) jumped sharply inwards leaving the stalls.
b) CHANTILLY DREAM (C Zackey) jumped awkwardly leaving the stalls.
c) WINTER WEDDING (*K J Lihaba) was slow losing one length.
THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED:
a) Shortly after the start, CHANTILLY DREAM (C Zackey), LUCKY CHANCE (*N Nastili), SISTERSHIP (C Habib) and WINTER WEDDING (*K J Lihaba) suffered varying degrees of interference when STONE OF SCONE (G Lerena) jumped sharply inwards.
b) JUST LOVELY (D Schwarz) commenced to give ground to the field from the 400m.
c) STONE OF SCONE (G Lerena) hung out from the 200m.
d) Shortly after the finish line, SISTERSHIP (C Habib) was bumped out by VALENTINA BALDUCCI (K A Brewer), which ducked out sharply.
e) Jockey J Gates reported that he felt something amiss with AMAZE ME in running.
The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this filly.
f) Jockey S Khumalo reported that he felt something amiss with WINTER BELLE in running.
The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this filly.
g) VALENTINA BALDUCCI (K A Brewer), the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis.

a) SURPRISE PARTY raced equipped with alumites in front and unshod behind (declared 26 June 2025 at 12H49).
b) CHANTILLY DREAM raced equipped with ear muffs (declared 27 June 2025 at 09H40).
c) AMAZONIAN raced equipped with alumites in front and unshod behind (declared 28 June 2025).
Prior to the running of Race 1, AMAZONIAN pulled its back shoe, which was attended to by the Course Farrier. The Course Farrier was unable to replace the shoe. As a result, he removed the remaining back shoe, and AMAZONIAN raced unshod behind.
THE VETERINARY SURGEON REPORTED:
a) AMAZE ME brush wound right hind.
b) WINTER BELLE not striding out left front; fatigued; brush wound left hind; scalp wound right hind.
c) MIDNIGHT MIRACLE mouth injury.
d) STONE OF SCONE speedy cut left hind.
e) WINTER WEDDING fatigued.
THERE WERE NO SCRATCHINGS.
