THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: a) At approximately the 2000m, BREEZE OVER (G Lerena) raced around runners to take up a leading position. b) ALADDIN'S LAMP (C Murray) hung in from the 300m. c) In view of the performance of TWENTY DRACHMA'S (P Mxoli), (distance 9,30 lengths, betting 8/1), the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this gelding. d) In view of the performance of FETCHING FLYER (*G Samo-Burthia), (distance 11,70 lengths, betting 9/2), the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this filly. e) ALADDIN'S LAMP (C Murray), the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis.
