THE STARTER REPORTED: a) A fair start. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED : a) Shortly after the start ACTOR (S Hlengwa), which was carried out by DAWN TILL DUSK (M Yeni) which rolled out marginally, made contact with OFFICER IN COMMAND (C Murray), and thereafter clipped the heels of OFFICER IN COMMAND (C Murray) and stumbled. b) At the 300m DAWN TILL DUSK (M Yeni) was inconvenienced when awkwardly placed between the outside running rail and the heels of OFFICER IN COMMAND (C Murray) which rolled out. c) In the concluding stages DAWN TILL DUSK (M Yeni) was directed to the inside of OFFICER IN COMMAND (C Murray) to continue its run. d) Jockey C Habib reported that TWO MILES WEST did not act in the prevailing good to soft underfoot conditions. e) OFFICER IN COMMAND (C Murray), the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis.
