GLITTER PATH proved reluctant to canter to the start and had to be assisted by a Handler. This caused a delay to the start of this Race. GLITTER PATH was stubborn loading and thereafter slow, losing 1 length. SHADOW MAGIC was stubborn loading. Trainer Smit was advised to re-school this filly before its next engagement. DISNEY PRINCESS, JAY IS SIMPLE and SUNSET BEAUTY were slow, losing 1 length. GLITTER PATH proved reluctant to canter to the start and had to be assisted by a handler. This filly was suspended until such time as it proves tractable cantering to the start on a race day. SOUTHERN DYNASTY over-raced in the early stages. Apprentice Zuma rode a satisfactory qualifying ride. CHAPEL LASS hung out badly from the 500m, proving difficult to assist. Trainer Prinsloo was advised to take the necessary corrective measures to ensure that this filly keeps straight in races. FAIRLADO was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. SUNSET BEAUTY raced equipped with alumite shoes. Vet: SHADOW MAGIC - abnormal respiratory noise. Scratched: MISS CARUSO - coughing.
