The start of this Race was delayed due to the delay in the previous race, as well as there being a technical problem with the feed to the photo-finish and judge's box. LE TIGRE stumbled badly leaving the stalls. Apprentice Klink signed an Admission of Guilt and was fined for a contravention, read with Guideline M on the use of the crop, in that he hit the horse MIGHTY STORM more than 12 times in the entire race. Apprentice Juglall reported that he felt something amiss with LE TIGRE in running. TAKATUL and MAMBO LYRIC were selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. GENEROUS JACK raced without pacifiers. Vet: LE TIGRE - coughing. GENEROUS JACK - post-race distress.
