Jockey Minnie did not ride at today's race meeting due to being medically indisposed. Following a gallop at 11:00am, it has been decided to move today's meeting from the Turf to the Poly Track due to unsafe underfoot conditions as per jockey feedback after gallops. Races 5, 6 and 7 will now be run over 1300m. The start of this Race was delayed due to a technical error with the Telly Track feed which was noted by the Stipendiary Board. FIREVIEW and FIELD DANCER were stubborn loading. CECCA was nervous in the stalls, slow away and lost 1 length. WANGAN MIDNIGHT was stubborn loading and nervous in the stalls. BELLA INN was slow into stride. ZA ZOO was nervous in the stalls. CECCA hung out from the 400m, proving difficult to assist. BELLA INN hung out from the 200m. Thereafter, Apprentice Mphanya reported that BELLA INN coughed post-race. The Course Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine. FIREVIEW was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis.
