FYNBOS kicked the back gates in the stalls. ORFERD'S FLASH was slow into stride. ORFERD'S FLASH raced in club colours. Jockey de Melo, the rider of PAY PAY, reported he felt something amiss with this filly. At the 300m, FYNBOS was held up for a clear run and had to switch in. Thereafter FYNBOS had to switch in further to avoid racing onto heels of JOY MAISHA (ARG) at the 250m. BOLD DIVA was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Vet: HONEY PIE - cast left front shoe. PAY PAY - nothing obvious detected. Scratched: DUNTOCHE - urticaria.
