THE STARTER REPORTED: a) Fair start. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: a) All horses selected for TCO2 were within the required levels and no retests were recorded. (16h15) b) The start of this race was delayed due to the twenty-five-minute interval between races and the delay in the previous race. c) Jockey MK Katjedi did not persevere with his riding from the 250m and thereafter, he reported that he felt something amiss with HOME REEF. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this gelding. d) Jockey E Webber reported that he felt something amiss with GREEN MANDARIN. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this gelding. e) ZATARA MAGIC, the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Trainer DG Smith was advised.
