THE STARTER REPORTED: a) POURSOMESUGARONME (K de Melo) lost 1 length. b) VERSACE ONTHETRACK (*G Samo-Burthia) lost 2 lengths. c) LUCIENNE (S Hlengwa) jumped awkwardly and was slow into stride. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED (SR) : a) All horses selected for TCO2 were within the required levels after LUCIENNE was cleared following a second test. b) LUCIENNE (S Hlengwa) raced wide around the turn and into the straight. Thereafter, this filly commenced to hang in from the 150m. c) VERSACE ONTHETRACK commenced to give ground to the field from the 200m and thereafter Apprentice G Samo-Burthia reported that this filly did not stride out freely in the running.
