THE START OF THIS RACE WAS DELAYED DUE TO THE DELAY IN THE PREVIOUS RACE. THE STARTER HAD NO REPORTS. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: a) All horses selected for TCO2 were within the required levels, and no retests were recorded. b) RADICCHIO (N Klink) over-raced in the early stages. c) In view of the performance of CALLMEGETRIX (M Michel), (distance 7,25 lengths, betting 33/20), the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine. d) In view of the performance of SON OF RAJ (C Habib), (distance 12,75 lengths, betting 33/1), the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine. e) CHOISAANADA (G Lerena), the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Trainer E Verdonese advised (MduP). When questioned regarding the improved performance of CHOISAANADA, Trainer E Verdonese could offer the Board no suitable explanation.
