THE STARTER REPORTED: a) THELEIA (A Domeyer) was restless in the stalls. b) NICCI'S LAW (C Zackey) jumped outwards. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: a) All horses selected for TCO2 were within the required levels and no retests were recorded. (16h00) b) Shortly after the start, HALF FULL (C Bantam) was inconvenienced on the outside of NICCI'S LAW (C Zackey), which shifted out. c) At the 300m, Jockey C Zackey (NICCI'S LAW) got his crop briefly entangled in his reins. d) Jockey C Little reported that FONT OF DREAMS (C Little), which raced wide on the turn, changed strides continually in running. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this filly. e) Jockey G Behr (FATE OF PACE) appeared before the Board and was advised that although the use of his crop fell within the parameters of the current transition period, the revised use of the crop Rules and penalty framework will take effect on the 1st of April 2026. f) VIVO PER LEI, the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis.
