THE STARTER REPORTED: a) JENNY DARLING (*D Ramkhalawon), CRAFT MARKET (GB) (*A Mosaheb) and CAPTIVE PRINCE (C Zackey) lost 1 length. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED (JN) : a) All horses selected for TCO2 were within the required levels and no retests were recorded. b) Jockey M Yeni (SPLASH OF LOVE) reported that his saddle slipped back in the running. This was confirmed by the Patrol footage. c) Jockey C Zackey reported that CAPTIVE PRINCE, which raced green, made an abnormal respiratory noise in the running. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine. d) WINTER BELLE (K de Melo) which raced in isolation parallel to the outside running rail, was not persevered with from the 400m. Thereafter Jockey K de Melo reported that he felt something amiss in the running with this filly. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine. The Stipendiary Board has exercised the provisions of Rule 49.7, and this filly is suspended pending a Veterinary Certificate prior to its next racing engagement. e) In view of the performance of BRIGHTSUNNYDAY (*M Mbuto) (10.25 lengths, 8/1 in the betting), the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine. Trainer A J Rivalland will be asked to report back on the condition of BRIGHTSUNNYDAY on return to stables. f) Apprentice A Mosaheb (CRAFT MARKET) (GB) rode a satisfactory qualifying ride. g) FLEUR DE LING (R A Venniker), the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis.
