THE STARTER REPORTED:
a) IV GOT MY I ON YOU (C Maujean), SECRET LIFE (M Yeni) and STAR MAGNOLIA (G Lerena) were restless in the stalls.
b) ALICE B TOKLAS (M K Katjedi) and ALITTLEBITOFLOVE (C Zackey) were slow, losing two lengths.
THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED:
a) All horses selected for TCO2 were within the required levels, and no retests were recorded.
b) ALICE B TOKLAS (M K Katjedi) raced green.
Jockey M K Katjedi was questioned regarding his ride on ALICE B TOKLAS. He explained to the Board that this filly had been slow away and had raced green on debut. He further added that she had shown a tendency to run around in the race and had hung in in the concluding stages. Jockey M K Katjedi added that he was hesitant to use his crop as he was not sure how she would have reacted to it, considering how green she was. Jockey M K Katjedi's explanation was noted.
c) XTATIC (J Gates) shifted both ways away from the crop from the 300m.
d) Jockey C Maujean reported that he felt something amiss with IV GOT MY I ON YOU in running.
The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine.
e) VIKING LASS (R Munger), the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis.
Trainer S G Tarry was advised (MS).
