THE STARTER REPORTED: a) SYBILLA (N Patel) lost 2 lengths and thereafter was slow into stride. b) PRINS JASPAR (S Veale) lost 1 length. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED (JN) : a) All horses selected for TCO2 were within the required levels and no retests were recorded. b) PRINS JASPAR (S Veale) proved difficult to settle in the early stages. c) At the 800m OWNER OF CREATION (T Godden) was momentarily inconvenienced on the heels of IMPERIAL VALOR (*D Ramkhalawon), which rolled in. d) OWNER OF CREATION (T Godden) hung in from the 300m. e) SYBILLA (N Patel) raced detached from the field on its debut run. f) In view of the performance of IMPERIAL VALOR (*D Ramkhalawon) (7.95 lengths, 10/1 in the betting), the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine. g) Trainer M J Odendaal was charged with a contravention of Rule 8.3.1., in that he failed to ensure that the owner's colours were available for the horse SYBILLA.
