PRIZED POSSESSION refused to load and was withdrawn by the Starter. This caused a delay to the start of this race. The balance of the horses were released from the starting stalls and time was taken to allow the betting public to restructure their bets. THE STARTER REPORTED: a) PRIZED POSSESSION : Refused to load. b) KIARTAY, FIRST IN CLASS, DOG SOLDIER and FIRE CHIEF lost 1 length. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED (JN) : a) All horses selected for TCO2 were within the required levels and no retests were recorded. b) Shortly after the start BON APPETITE was brushed by KIKI U BEAUTY which jumped out awkwardly leaving the starting stalls. c) FIRST IN CLASS raced detached throughout. d) BISON WARRIOR raced green. e) DOG SOLDIER raced green and hung in, entering the straight. f) In view of the Starter's report with regard to PRIZED POSSESSION, this colt's starting stall certificate is withdrawn, and it is suspended in terms of Rule 61.6.10 for a period of 7 days and until such time as it proves tractable with a companion. (Suspension dates: 25.04.2026 to 01.05.2026). PRIZED POSSESSION may not be presented for re-passing during this period.
