THE STARTER REPORTED: a) BOOGY and ANNIVERSARY lost 1 length. b) SYBILLA lost 6 lengths. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED (DA) : a) All horses selected for TCO2 were within the required levels and no retests were recorded. b) In view of the Starter's report with regard to SYBILLA, this filly's starting stall certificate is withdrawn and it is suspended in terms of Rule 61.6.10 for a period of 7 days and until such time as it proves tractable with a companion. (Suspension dates: 28.05.2026 to the 03.06.2026). SYBILLA may not be presented for re-passing during this period. Trainer M J Odendaal will be advised. c) Approaching the 1000m ALPINE DIAMOND which commenced to over race was eased momentarily to avoid running onto the heels of DEE DAY which rolled in. d) Between the 350m and 300m DANCING PARTY was carried out by MENAGERIE which hung out in the early part of the straight and rolled out. e) DEE DAY hung in from the 250m. f) DANCING PARTY and COME TOGETHER hung in and shifted in from the 200m. g) In view of the performance of BOOGY (12.90 lengths and 6/1 in the betting), the Veterinarian was requested to examine. h) MENAGERIE, the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis.
