Jockey Strydom did not ride at today's race meeting due to being medically disposed. He was replaced on his mounts. The start of this Race was delayed as a result of the medical staff arriving late at the start and PAVLOVA PROJECT and NOELE PAG'E proving difficult to load. ADORABLE ALLEY was stubborn loading and thereafter slow, losing 1 length. Trainer Marwing was advised to re-school this filly before her next engagement. PAVLOVA PROJECT was stubborn loading. Trainer Gray was advised to re-school this filly before her next engagement. NOELE PAG'E was difficult to load. The starting stalls certificate for this filly has been withdrawn. BORDEAUX BEAUTY stumbled shortly after the start and dislodged Work rider Matsoele. CARRY ME CARRIE was slow, losing 2 lengths. ESPASA was slow, losing 1 length. MISS HUMANITY flyjumped leaving the stalls. In view of the Starter's report with regard to NOELE PAG'E, this filly was suspended for a period of 7 days and until such time as it proves tractable jumping on terms with a companion. NEOLE PAG'E may not be presented for repassing during this period. Shortly after the start BORDEAUX BEAUTY stumbled and dislodged Work rider Matsoele. When falling, Work rider Matsoele's leg made contact with MELLOW MUSIC. At approximately the 1000m BLOODLINE brushed the inside running rail. In view of this report, the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this filly. Work rider Mosia reported that he felt something amiss with ADORABLE ALLEY in running and did not persevere with his ride from the 250m. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this filly. Work rider Sithetho reported that he felt something amiss with VARQUERA in running. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this filly. Work rider Mabaya signed an Admission of Guilt for a contravention in that he hit the horse CARRY ME CARRIE more than 12 times in the entire race. He was suspended from riding in one work riders' race. EVER FAIR was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. BAT ORCHID raced equipped with a tongue tie. Vet: ADORABLE ALLEY - not striding out right front. VARQUERA - not striding out both front. BLOODLINE - not striding out left hind.
