THE STARTER REPORTED: a) PARIS FUN lost 1 length. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED (SR) : a) All horses selected for TCO2 were within the required levels after JULIET TANGO passed following a second test. b) At the 500m VAANS SPIRIT was carried out by HEAVENLY MAFIA, which was directed outwards, away from the heels of SPIRIT OF SHIMLA which was directed in, away from the heels of MRSGLITTERSPARKLES. c) In view of the performance of MRSGLITTERSPARKLES (18.10 lengths and 40/1 in the betting), which was not persevered with in the concluding stages, the Veterinarian was requested to examine. d) In view of the performance of SPIRIT OF SHIMLA (7.55 lengths and 11/10 in the betting), the Veterinarian was requested to examine. Trainer D Kannemeyer will be asked to report back on the condition of this filly on return to stables. e) SAINT BRIGID, the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis.
