THE STARTER REPORTED: a) TRAFALGAR SQUARE was restless in the stalls. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED (JN) : a) All horses selected for TCO2 were within the required levels and no retests were recorded. b) NDAKA was squeezed out shortly after the start. c) TRAFALGAR SQUARE hung in from the 300m. d) In the concluding stages BLESS ME FRED, INTREPID and TRAFALGAR SQUARE raced in restricted room. As a result, TRAFALGAR SQUARE was accidentally struck on the muzzle by Apprentice D Ramkhalawon's (INTREPID) crop. e) Jockey C Zackey reported that he felt something amiss in the running with VICTOR RAIL. The Veterinarian was requested to examine. f) In view of the performance of NDAKA (9.30 lengths and 100/1 in the betting), The Veterinarian was requested to examine. g) BLESS ME FRED, the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Trainer M L Roberts was advised (MM). JOCKEY / EQUIPMENT CHANGES : a) Nil. THE VETERINARIAN REPORTED : a) NDAKA : Coughing. b) VICTOR RAIL : Nothing obvious detected.
