THE STARTER REPORTED: a) No report. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED (SR) : a) All horses selected for TCO2 were within the required levels and no retests were recorded. b) RUBY RISING jumped awkwardly outwards leaving the starting stalls, making contact with the left-front stall gate. c) Approaching the 100m LADY GODIVA, which hung in from the 400m, was directed to the outside of DECEMBER DAWN, to continue its run. d) In view of the performance of RUBY RISING (12.60 lengths and 17/2 in the betting), the Veterinarian was requested to examine. Trainer D C Howells was asked to report back on the condition of this filly on return to stables. e) INNERBLOOM, the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Trainer L V Woodruff was advised (MM). JOCKEY / EQUIPMENT CHANGES : a) Nil. THE VETERINARIAN REPORTED : a) RUBY RISING : Nothing obvious detected.
