SHE'S A LADY refused to jump. In view of the Starter's report concerning SHE'S A LADY, a race review was called into the start. The Board re-viewed the Patrol Film of the start and was satisfied that SHE'S A LADY was correctly installed and under Starter's Orders, Starting Stall gate 7 opened timeously and SHE'S A LADY had refused to jump from the stalls. This mare is to be re-schooled in the Starting Stalls to jump on terms prior to racing again. TITLEE (ARG) was pulling hard in the early stages. DAFFODIL DAY shifted inwards slightly shortly after the start, which caused STAR JET, DIAMOND EMBLEM and SHOW TIME to become cramped for galloping room and DIAMOND EMBLEM and SHOW TIME to make contact, which resulted in both horses having to ease. Simultaneously MISSION HOUSE shifted in abruptly from the outside to the inside running rail. This incident will be re-viewed. Jockey Fourie, the rider of STAR JET was brought before the Board, shown the Patrol film of the closing stages of this race and advised to ensure that he rides his mount out to the finish of a race in future. STAR JET was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Vet: MISSION HOUSE - short in front especially right fore. SUNNINGDALE - abnormal respiratory noise, short right fore. ARROW HEART - abnormal respiratory noise.
