The start of this race was rescheduled at the request of the operator. Thereafter, the start of this race was delayed due to the Veterinary Surgeon having to re-fit the tongue tie on MS ROSA PARKS. LA DUCHESSE lost two lengths. GALWAY GIRL was stubborn to load. Trainer Miller was advised to re-school this filly. GALWAY GIRL was hanging out from the 400m. At the 350m, LA DUCHESSE was carried out marginally by SUPER FLUKE, which shifted out away from the crop. SUCH A RUSH was slow into stride and raced detached from the field in the early and middle stages. Thereafter, this filly finished its race off strongly. Jockey Habib reported that BLUE FLOWER did not stride out freely post-race. .Jockey Kennedy reported that he felt something amiss with SATIN SLIPPER in the running. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine. Trainer Badenhorst was advised to report back on the condition of this filly on return to the stables. FLEEK was presented incorrectly equipped in the parade ring for this Race. A penalty of a warning was imposed. QUEEN OF BEAUTY (ARG) was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Vet: BLUE FLOWER - coughing. SATIN SLIPPER - nothing obvious detected.
