SUN BAY and CHESHIRE CAT were slow into stride. COLOUR OF COURAGE lost one length. ARGYLE BAY lost two lengths. CINEMA SCOPE was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. CHARLIE TRIMBLE, hanging in, shifted in making contact with FAT CHANCE resulting in FAT CHANCE becoming unbalanced approaching the 150 metre mark. BONDS THE NAME over-raced in the early stages, difficult to restrain. LUXARDO, hanging in, shifted in; carrying CUNNING FOX inwards at approximately the 150 meter mark. Jockey de Melo, the rider of LUXARDO, appeared before the Board with regard to this incident and was advised to take stronger measures to keep his mounts on a straight course. Scratched: PRINCIPLED - no transport available. ROY ROYALE (AUS) - elevated temperature. The course farrier on duty did not report there to be anything amiss with the shoes fitted to the horses that raced at tonight's race meeting. The passports of all the runners that raced at tonight's race meeting were checked, identities, AHS and Equine Influenza vaccinations confirmed, as per normal procedure.
