DANCING ARROW was slow into stride. SUTHERFENI was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. ADHIRA over-raced in the early stages. JOSIE'S GIRL and GIJIMA SISI were pulling hard in the early stages, difficult to restrain. BOOM SHEIKTHEROOM raced wide on the bend and into the straight. Jockey Lembethe signed an Admission of Guilt for a Warning for a contravention in that he rode LONDON OLYMPICS in an unprofessional manner by dropping his crop in the latter stages. In view of the performances of THE CIVILIAN, JOSIE'S GIRL and GIJIMA SISI, the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine these fillies. ADHIRA returned post race having cast the left fore shoe. Vet: JOSIE'S GIRL - mouth injury and not striding out left hind. THE CIVILIAN and GIJIMI SISI - nothing obvious detected.
