CASH CROP, MEGA FLASH DRIVE and CREDULOUS were stubborn loading. MILA MYST squeezed out at the jump. CLOUD RUNNER was carried wide on the bend by MILA MYST, which was hanging out on the bend. TATSUMAKI was tightened for galloping room for a number of strides at approximately the 1000 metre mark. Jockey Simons appeared before the Board with regard to his riding on the filly DUCK DODGER in the early stages of the race. He explained to the Board that this filly was reluctant on the way to the start and therefore it was his intention was not to rush this filly in the early stages despite losing ground. The Board have adjourned to review the video of this particular ride. DUCK DODGER raced without blinkers. POOR MAN'S PRIDE raced equipped with blinkers. TATSUMAKI and ORNELLA raced equipped with alumites in front and unshod behind. Apprentice Zackey was charged with a contravention, read with Guideline G on the use of the crop, in that he struck the horse ORNELLA unnecessarily when it was out of contention for a place. Apprentice Zackey signed an Admission of Guilt and was fined. MILA MYST cast its right front shoe in running. LEGEND'S MOON was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis.
