DUBAI DESTINATION refused to load. JAGUAR and MILKWOOD MANOR were slow into stride. In view of the Starter's report with regard to DUBAI DESTINATION, the starting stalls certificate for this gelding has been withdrawn and it is suspended for a period of 30 days until recertified tractable. NEO JET raced equipped with a tongue tie. In view of the performance of KOENIGSEGG, the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this gelding. Assistant Trainer Miller will be questioned regarding the performance of KOENIGSEGG. Jockey Mariba was questioned with regards to his ride of NEO JET in the straight. He explained to the Board that he had been instructed to give this gelding a patient ride. The Board adjourned in order to question Trainer Verdonese. TAQDEER (AUS) was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Trainer Smit was questioned regarding the improved performance of TAQDEER (AUS). He could offer the Board no suitable explanation. The Board adjourned to review the patrol film of this gelding's previous run. Jockey Greyling, the rider of TIBISI, raced in Club Colours with the Stewards permission. Vet: KOENIGSEGG - examined post race, nothing obvious detected. MILKWOOD MANOR - cut into right fore. DEFEND THE DEVIL - not striding out right fore. Scratched: DUBAI DESTINATION - intractable and was withdrawn by the Starter. RICHINSTYLE - off feed. The course farrier on duty did not report there to be anything amiss with the shoes fitted to the horses that raced at today's race meeting. The passports of all the runners that raced at today's race meeting were checked, identities, AHS and Equine Influenza vaccinations confirmed, as per normal procedure.
