STUDY THE STARS jumped inwards. SISTER LYNN was slow, losing two lengths. LOLA BUD was slow into stride. HONEY DRAGON became unbalanced leaving the 400m when bumped by PEGWELL BAY, which was forced to ease when brushed inwards by CATCHPHRASE, which rolled in slightly. Jockey Khathi, the rider of CATCHPHRASE, appeared before the Board and was advised to take stronger measures to keep his mounts on a straight course in future. STUDY THE STARS was forced to ease when tightened for galloping room between CATCHPHRASE, which shifted inwards, and IGNITION LADY, which shifted outwards at about the 50m. AZANIAH switched out to continue her run at about the 200m. MONEY SURGER was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. CHESTNUT DANCER raced in a full set of alumites Scratched: SPEED MERCHANT - no suitable jockey available. The course farrier on duty did not report there to be anything amiss with the shoes fitted to the horses that raced at today's race meeting. The passports of all the runners that raced at today's race meeting were checked, identities, AHS and Equine Influenza vaccinations confirmed, as per normal procedure. Several Jockeys and Apprentices were selected for the taking of breathalyser tests and urine samples for analysis.
