MULBERRY BAY jumped outwards. WALLIA and DEMOCRACY RULES were slow into stride. EVIDENTLY raced with alumites in front and steels behind. GUSTY GAL was hanging in, in the later stages. WILHELMINA brushed the inside running rail at the 1200 metre mark. ECHUKA (AUS) was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. The course farrier on duty did not report there to be anything amiss with the shoes fitted to the horses that raced at today's race meeting. The passports of all the runners that raced at today's race meeting were checked, identities, AHS and Equine Influenza vaccinations confirmed, as per normal procedure.
