HENRY HIGGINS, hanging out, shifted out, carrying out and making contact with JUDICIAL at approximately the 150 metre mark. A race review was called into the latter stages of this race. Thereafter, an Objection was lodged by a member of the Stipendiary Board on behalf of the 2nd placed horse, JUDICIAL, against the winner, HENRY HIGGINS, on the grounds of interference in the latter stages. After viewing the patrol films, hearing all the evidence and taking into account the distance between the two horses of being a short-head, the Board were of the opinion that had HENRY HIGGINS not interfered with JUDICIAL, JUDICIAL would have finished in front of HENRY HIGGINS and therefore upheld the objection and amended the Judges result accordingly. HENRY HIGGINS was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Scratched: GENTLEMAN JACK - respiratory disease.
