The start of this Race was delayed due to the delay in the previous race and the 25 minute interval between races 6 and 7. At approximately the 300m SECRET DREAM had to steady momentarily when awkwardly placed between FLYING FABLE and CELTIC SEA, which rolled in. RUNNING BRAVE was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. When afforded the opportunity to place on record any factors which may have accounted for the poor performance of RUNNING BRAVE on 7 March 2020, Trainer Matchett advised that this filly had pulled hard and was extremely difficult to restrain when Jockey Fayd'Herbe had attempted to settle her in this race. Today they had decided to allow her to stride freely and lead the race. As a consequence of this RUNNING BRAVE was more settled and seems happier when racing in this fashion. Trainer Matchett has undertaken, where possible, to use similar tactics in future.
