FOURTH ESTATE lost one length. HENCHMAN was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Assistant Trainer Lunn was questioned with regard to the improved performance of HENCHMAN, the winner, compared to this gelding's previous performance on the 09 July 2014. He explained that in his opinion, this time of the year and considering this gelding's age, the turf track condition was too firm for his runner. He was further of the view that HENCHMAN is better suited to the Polytack racing surface. His attention was drawn to the Rules pertaining to in and out running. AWARE shifted out slightly at approximately the 200 metre mark, carrying CARIBBEAN DAY out. Thereafter CARIBBEAN DAY shifted out slightly, forcing KENTUCKY GUEST out, which resulted in FOURTH ESTATE becoming momentarily inconvenienced shortly before the finish. FOURTH ESTATE raced wide into the straight. Scratched: CLIPPERTON ISLAND - insufficient recovery time.
