BURRA BOY was slow into stride. BALTIC AMBER, HARRISON and PETROGRAD all lost 1 length. KNOX was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis Assistant Trainer Ferrie, acting on behalf of Trainer Drier, was questioned regarding the improved performance of KNOX compared to this gelding's previous run on the 30.7.2014. The only explanation that Mr Ferrie could offer was that this gelding had raced very green on debut. Mr Ferrie's attention has been drawn to the Rules pertaining to "in and out" running. Jockey Sturgeon reported that ASTROMAN was making abnormal respiratory noises in running. Jockey Shea reported that BALTIC AMBER took no interest in running. In view of the performance of K-RUSH EM ALL, the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this colt. The change of Ownership of ASTROMAN should read: Messrs M G Frost & M R Parrott. Colours remain the same. HARRISON and K-RUSH EM ALL are geldings and not colts as carded. Vet: BALTIC AMBER, K-RUSH EM ALL and ASTROMAN - nothing obvious detected. RACING FOR FUN - mild respiratory noise. Scratched: THE LONSDALE - shin sore. MADIBA'S PRIDE - injured left fore fetlock.
