There was a slight delay to the start of the 4th Race due to the delay to the start of the 3rd Race. STORM BRINGER was slow into stride. ETERNAL JET was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. LIBERTINE was hanging out throughout. LIBERTINE and RISKY ROSCO made contact on three occasions at approximately the 1000 metre mark. CREST OF PEARLS was hanging out on the latter part of the bend. BARBEL RUN raced wide on the latter part of the bend and into the straight. LIBERTINE shifted out slightly at approximately the 300 metre mark, carrying ZESTFUL outwards resulting in CREST OF PEARLS and BARBEL RUN making contact on two occasions, and CREST OF PEARLS becoming cramped and having to be eased. ZESTFUL was hanging in, in the latter stages. Jockey Kennedy reported that CHESHIRE CAT was making an abnormal respiratory noise and a result did not persevere with his ride in the latter stages. Vet: ALDRIC and LIBERTINE - cut into right fore. CHESHIRE CAT - nothing obvious detected.
