SOMETHINWICKED was stubborn loading. COMING UP ROSES was slow, losing 1 to 2 lengths. ETHEMBA was slow into stride. SUN SILK STAR stumbled shortly after the start. PRINCESS CHICHIBU shifted in away from the crop in the latter stages. Jockey van Rensburg reported that he felt something amiss with PERLA GIBSON and did not persevere with his mount in the latter stages. PRINCESS CREO was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Vet: ISHEZI - not striding out left front. PEARLA GIBSON - not striding out left front. Veterinary report required prior to entry. Scratched: FOXY ICE - no suitable transport. TRUST THE PINK - no suitable rider at weight. The course farrier on duty did not report there to be anything amiss with the shoes fitted to the horses that raced at today's race meeting. The passports of all the runners that raced at today's race meeting were checked, identities, AHS and Equine Influenza vaccinations confirmed, as per normal procedure.
