NEW MOON RISING jumped awkwardly, losing two lengths and thereafter was slow into stride. BOYES DRIVE (ARG) jumped awkwardly, losing one length and thereafter was slow into stride. PRINCE OF EDEN, which was fractious in the stalls, taken out and reloaded later, jumped awkwardly losing one length and thereafter was slow into stride. Trainer Ramsden will be advised to have this colt re-schooled before its next engagement. Jockey Wright reported that he felt something amiss with SIR BASTION in running and as a result did not persevere with his riding. Jockey Andrews reported that SPRING CHERRY did not stride out freely in running. Trainer Marshall was requested to report back on the gelding's condition on its return to the stables. Jockey Neisius reported that BOYES DRIVE (ARG) did not stride out freely in running. Jockey Noach reported that NEW MOON RISING did not stride out behind in running. Jockey Byleveld reported that STAR ATTORNEY made an abnormal respiratory noise in running. COTTON HILL was hanging out in the straight. CHARLES LYTTON was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. MILTON raced fitted with a tongue tie. Vet: SIR BASTION - Epistaxis and was suspended for 90 days. BOYES DRIVE (ARG) - returned not striding out on the left fore. NEW MOON RISING - returned not striding out behind. STAR ATTORNEY - inspected post race and no obvious abnormalities were detected.
