MISS STINGRAY, PROVERB and SUMMER SIXTYNINE lost 1 length. MUTTLY was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Jockey Mgudlwa, the rider of NANOJET, accidentally dropped his crop whilst accidentally striking SHIKRA at approximately the 100 metre mark. SUMMER SIXTYNINE shifted out in the latter stages making contact MUTTLY shortly before the finish. Jockey Latham reported that he felt something amiss with ASSIMILATION in running. JAMBOREE baulked for a clear run between the 250 and 100 metre marks. TIME MARCHES ON baulked for a clear run between the 250 and 200 metre marks. Vet: ASSIMILATION - nothing obvious detected. The course farrier on duty did not report there to be anything amiss with the shoes fitted to the horses that raced at tonight's race meeting. The passports of all the runners that raced at tonight's race meeting were checked, identities, AHS and Equine Influenza vaccinations confirmed, as per normal procedure.
