PRINCESS SALME cast the left front shoe at the start, which the farrier replaced causing a delay. PRINCESS SALME jumped awkwardly and thereafter was slow into stride. SCHOOL RUN jumped awkwardly outwards, losing two lengths and thereafter was slow into stride. In view of the performance from OFF RAMP, the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine the filly and submit a report. VOL DE NUIT was hanging out in the closing stages. PRINCESS SALME was held up for a clear run on the heels of SCHOOL RUN approaching the 200m. PRINCESS CHLOE was awkwardly placed on the heels of ROYAL FOUNDATION in the concluding stages and could not be ridden out to the finish. PETTY OFFICER was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Vet: OFF RAMP - inspected post race and no significant findings were detected.
