LIBERTINE was slow into stride. XERXES lost 1 length. KINGS GOLD was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. LIBERTINE was hanging in over the 500 metres. KINGS GOLD was hanging in over the final 200 metres and shifted inwards at approximately the 50 metre mark, brushing and carrying LIBERTINE inwards slightly. A race review was called by The Stipendiary Steward regarding this incident and after reviewing the patrol videos from the various angles, took no further action and allowed the Judge's result to stand. JET ON FIRE was not persevered with over the final 300 metres. ALDRIC faltered for no apparent reason at approximately the 200 metre mark. COMMODITY STRIKES did not race with his tongue tied down.
