TURBO TORCH was difficult to load and lost 1 length. DIANA'S JET and AMOYI were slow into stride. PEARL EMBLEM was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. TURBO TORCH squeezed out shortly after the start. In view of the performance of DIANA'S JET, the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this filly. In view of the Starter's report concerning TURBO TORCH, the starting stall certificate for this filly has been withdrawn until recertified tractable with a companion. AMOYI raced fitted with steels. Vet: DIANA'S JET - nothing obvious detected. ARS POETICA - speedy cut right hind. The course farrier on duty did not report there to be anything amiss with the shoes fitted to the horses that raced at today's race meeting. The passports of all the runners that raced at today's race meeting were checked, identities, AHS and Equine Influenza vaccinations confirmed, as per normal procedure.
