DUKE OF DESTINY and SURREY were slow, losing one length. In view of the performance from STAR ATTORNEY, the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine the gelding and submit a report. SURREY pulled hard in the early stages and was difficult to restrain. HENRY OF YORK (AUS), which was hanging out brushed JUDDERING ANGEL at the 300m, and at the 200m. Jockey Puller, the rider of HENRY OF YORK (AUS), appeared before the Board and was advised to take the necessary measures to keep his mounts on a straight course in future.
