COUNTESS BACARDI lost 2 lengths. BOLD FLASH lost 3 lengths. SOPHIA GRACE stumbled shortly after the start. BOLD FLASH was slow to begin and took no interest in running in the early stages. Apprentice Storey, the rider of IT'S MAGIC, appeared before the Board, was shown the patrol film of the race and spoken to regarding his use of the crop in the closing stages. FAB CAT was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Vet: ANTONIA MAJOR and DANIELLE - abnormal respiratory noise. COUNTESS BACARDI - coughing. BOLD FLASH - not striding out left front. The course farrier on duty did not report there to be anything amiss with the shoes fitted to the horses that raced at today's race meeting. The passports of all the runners that raced at today's race meeting were checked, identities, AHS and Equine Influenza vaccinations confirmed, as per normal procedure.
