INTIMATE TOUCH kicked the back gate in the stalls and was injured. Permission was granted for VIVALDA to be led to the start by a lead horse. Jockey Fourie reported that UNTAMED was not striding out freely in the running. YOU BEAUTY was hanging out over final 200 metres. MISS FRISKIE was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Vet: YOU BEAUTY - abnormal respiratory noise, coughing post race. UNTAMED - uneven in front, short behind. PEGWELL BAY - nothing obvious detected. GOULDIKOVA (AUS) - short in front. Scratched: INTIMATE TOUCH - injured right hind in the stall and was withdrawn by the Veterinary Surgeon.
