PROMICING POLLY jumped awkwardly inwards and made contact with LADIDAH. LADY AL was fractious loading, reared, moved backwards out the stalls and was then reloaded. Trainer Sands will be advised to have this filly re-schooled before her next engagement. FIRST FAVOUR and NIGHT OF STARS were restless in the stalls. Jockey Neisius reported that LADY AL hit her head in the starting stalls. Apprentice van der Hoven reported that FIRST FAVOUR changed stride continually in running. ARRIA was momentarily inconvenienced on the heels of PERINI, which shifted out to obtain a clear run in the latter stages. COME FLY WITH ME was held up for a run leaving the 200m. In view of the report from the Veterinary Surgeon regarding FIRST FAVOUR, Trainer Burger has been advised that he will be required to notify the Stipendiary Board when he next enters FIRST FAVOUR, in order that the Stipendiary Board and a nominated Veterinary Surgeon, may pass her fit to race. NIGHT OF STARS was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Vet: LADY AL - Epistaxis and was suspended for a period of 90 days. FIRST FAVOUR - returned striding short in front.
